Return and Shipping Policy

1. The product will be shipped on the same day as the order and payment, or within the next 2 working days.

2. If a customer suspects a quality issue with a purchased product, please contact our company directly within 3 days of receipt, and we will address the issue appropriately.

3. As all products are 100% brand new and due to hygiene considerations, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. We appreciate your understanding.

4. When requesting a return or exchange, customers must return the original shipping packaging along with the product in question. Failure to do so will result in the request being denied.

5. The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange: a) Products received for more than 7 days; b) Trial packs, gifts, or free promotional items; c) Clearance products sold before or after their best-by date; d) Products with color discrepancies; e) Products with incomplete packaging; f) Products lost due to incorrect recipient information provided in the order.

6. If a quality issue is suspected, customers must provide photos of the original condition of the product and its shipping packaging when opened. Otherwise, the return or exchange request cannot be processed.

7. For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues, the returned product must remain unopened and in its complete original packaging; otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

8. Upon approval of a return or exchange, the refund will be processed after deducting relevant shipping and administrative fees.

9. As our products undergo international shipping, minor damage or imperfections to the packaging may occur. Such cases are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return or exchange.

10. In the event of any disputes, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.

退換及發貨政策

1.  完成訂單並確認付款後,商品將於付款三個工作日寄出。

2. 若顧客發現購買的產品存在疑似質量問題,請於收貨後3天內直接聯繫本公司,我們將妥善處理您的問題。

3. 基於所有產品均為100%全新且涉及衛生考量,已開封的產品若非質量問題,恕無法受理退換,敬請理解。

4. 申請退換貨時,顧客需將原運輸包裝盒及疑似有問題的產品一併寄回,否則無法受理退換申請。

5. 以下情況不適用於退換貨:
     a) 貨品簽收超過7天;
     b) 試用裝、贈品或免費禮品;
     c) 最佳食用日期前後的清倉優惠產品;
     d) 產品存在色差問題;
     e) 包裝不完整的產品;
     f) 因訂單收件人資訊錯誤導致貨件遺失。

6. 若懷疑產品存在質量問題,顧客需在拆開運輸包裝盒時拍攝其原始狀態照片,否則無法受理退換申請。

7. 若因非質量問題而要求退換,退回的產品必須保持完整未開封的包裝,否則恕不接受。

8. 在確認受理退換貨後,退款將扣除相關運費及行政費用後退還剩餘金額。

9. 由於本店產品均經過國際運輸,包裝盒可能出現輕微損壞或不完美情況,此類情況不視為質量問題,恕不接受退換。

10. 如發生任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
